About this item
- This design of this delightful wooden windmill is based on classic Dutch windmills that you read about as a child. Its blades and body has been finished in brown and hand-burnished to give it a weathered, rustic look. Paint it a different color, even!
- This charming windmill adds a quiet charm to your yard. It makes a wonderful gift for someone who has a lovely front yard garden display.
- Dimensions: 11.5″ W x 12″ D x 26″ H, or 34″ H with blades; Weight: Approximately 8 lbs;
- Made of high quality cedar wood known for its natural resistance to moisture, decay and insect damage.
- Hidden storage space underneath the windmill, good for hiding keys and spy cameras, or filling with string lights for a magic flow at night.
- Given the outdoor setting of the windmill, it is exposed to various elements that can degrade the wood over time. Applying an outdoor protective sealer is a proactive measure to safeguard your investment and ensure the windmill remains in excellent condition for years to come.

Nice Features of the Design
I liked the Staircase on the left side; the cutout on the left side to add string lights inside to come on, dusk to dawn. I wish it was already varnished with the Best Varnish for outdoors to protect from Sun, Rain and Moisture. Also, that it was heavier; because of our High Winds here in NM. I need to come up with an idea; to weigh it down.

Nice Addition to Your Garden
Cute windmill and a nice addition to your landscaping. Windmill turns when the wind blows. It comes stained but you will have to coat it with varnish to protect it from the elements.

its decent
i really love how this looks. but came somewhat damaged. as seen in photos. as others stated, the blades do not turn. i would assume for the price, itd be a more working windmill. but it is super cute. i will see how this handles the Chicago weather and update my post!

Looks good ,but flimsy
Looks good, very lightweight. Fell over and half the blades have broken. Don’t know about replacement blades being available as the wood broke in half.If you buy this anchor well as the wind makes the blades spin but also the windmill fall down and possible damage.I am Dutch therefore a touch of home wood be nice. (pun intended)

Well made. Easy assembly. Sturdy product. Such a relief after ordering similiar outdoor products that turned out to be junk. Easy assembly. Recommend.

Made as ornamental piece, not to spin with wind.
Very attractive piece but spinning mechanism very poorly designed. Would not recommend purchasingthis product. Very poorly designed and wood was rotting after only 4 months. Fair price for this wouldbe around $10!

Looks great in my yard
Nice accent piece for your garden. Easy to paint or you can leave natural.

Overpriced & not functional
It’s cute but not functional. Whoever designed the bolt system that holds the blades on should be fired. I altered the bolt that holds the blades so that when I tighten it, it doesn’t choke the blades so tight & it has room to spin freely. It still does not. Thought this would be a great addition to the flowerbed, but it wasn’t meant to be. The price is way off for this unit as well. $50 tops is all it’s worth. If you’re looking for a functional windmill, this is not it.

Fades in the sun
I figured I would purchase this to replace a worn out and broken wooden windmill that we purchased in 2004. This windmill was smaller than I expected. Assembly was fine – but after 1 summer in the Colorado sun – the stain has faded and now looks like a very light beige. I don’t know how it will hold up to the winter months – but if it is still in one piece by spring, I will have to re-stain it.
